Four things to keep in mind

• Book the same people again. Regular DJs are cheaper and more reliable than new ones every week.
• Agree one price per evening instead of negotiating every time.
• Use a contract for regular gigs too: that is where missed evenings get resolved.
• Book the big holidays early. The best evenings are booked long before the gap becomes urgent, and late bookings cost more.

In Stockholm

June and August are completely booked up with weddings, and December with Christmas dinners and company parties.
