Prices for a wedding DJ in Gothenburg
The price depends on the playing time, the day and what is included, and each talent sets their own price in the offer. Post a request, and the talents who match send their prices. The price on the offer is what you pay: Talentsio's commission is inside the price and is not added.
Playing times: Usually 21:00 to 02:00, often with ceremony music and background music for dinner as extras. Typical size: 60 to 150 guests.
Four things to keep in mind
- Book someone who has done at least twenty weddings. Club experience does not carry over automatically.
- Decide the first dance, the timing of the thank-you speech and the last song in advance; the DJ can handle the rest.
- Ask what happens if the DJ falls ill. A good wedding DJ has a name to call, and it should be in the contract.
- Spend ten minutes on a list of songs you definitely do not want to hear. It matters more than the request list.
In Gothenburg
Way Out West in August draws some of the club DJs away from private bookings that week, and Gothenburg's cultural calendar makes May to June the most heavily booked period. The Christmas dinner season starts earlier in Gothenburg than in Stockholm; many restaurants book as early as September.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a wedding DJ play?
Five hours is standard, usually 21:00 to 02:00. Overtime is priced per half hour started and should be in the offer before you approve it.
Can the DJ handle the microphone during the speeches?
Most do, but ask explicitly. A wireless microphone for speeches is often an extra and means the sound has to be set up earlier in the day.
What happens if we need to move the date?
A contract through Talentsio can be changed: both parties approve a new version. If the talent cannot take the new date, the cancellation terms for the original date apply.
